C.B.R. Prasad

Mr. C.B.R. Prasad is a former Indian Air Force airman, entrepreneur, philanthropist and patriot, widely known as “Dana Karna.” He founded CBR Sports Academy, which has provided free sports training, education and residential support to talented, underprivileged rural children for over two decades. In 2019, he donated ₹1.08 crore—most of his lifetime savings—to the Armed Forces Casualty Fund. He is a valued LAEC Advisory Board member.

Dr. Dasari Sreenivasulu, IAS (Retd.), is a distinguished former civil servant with nearly three decades of public-service experience and a strong focus on tribal development and underserved communities. He has held key institutional roles, including Chairman of the Board of Governors at NIT Nagaland. Respected for his integrity, cultural values and commitment to public welfare and India’s spiritual heritage, he is a valued member of the LAEC Advisory Board.

Hon’ble Justice M. Sunil Kishore Jaiswal is a former Judge of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana with nearly five decades of judicial service. His distinguished roles include Registrar of the A.P. Lokayukta, Principal District Judge and President of the Telangana State Consumer Commission. He continues to serve in key advisory and academic positions. His integrity, experience and commitment to the rule of law make him a valued LAEC Advisory Board member.

Dr. Dasari Sreenivasulu, IAS (Retd.)

Mr. Syam Puli is an entrepreneur, banker, investor and transformation leader with over 25 years of international experience across finance, technology and professional services. He has led major transformation initiatives across seven countries and held leadership roles at organizations including GE Capital, Accenture, DHL, UCL and Kantar. His strategic expertise, global perspective and commitment to social impact make him a valued member of the LAEC Advisory Board.

Mr. R.B. Srinagesh

Mr. R.B. Srinagesh is a Chartered Accountant and senior executive with nearly four decades of leadership experience in finance, infrastructure, renewable energy, project finance and corporate strategy. As President and Group CFO at Ocior Energy Group, he leads major green hydrogen and ammonia initiatives. His expertise in contracts, restructuring and dispute resolution strengthens LAEC’s efforts to advance effective, affordable and timely justice.

Dr. A.S. Durga Prasad

Dr. A.S. Durga Prasad is a corporate leader, strategic finance professional and governance expert with over four decades of experience. He serves as an Independent Director and Audit Committee Chairman at NCL Industries and formerly chaired NCC Limited. A Past President of ICMAI, he has contributed to national policy and professional development. His expertise in governance, strategy and ethical leadership makes him a valued LAEC Advisory Board member.

Sri Vinod K. Agrawal, IAS (Retd.)

Sri Vinod K. Agrawal, IAS (Retd.), is a former Special Chief Secretary to the Government of Telangana, institution builder and public-policy expert with over three decades of service. He is the architect of Bhu Bharati and has contributed to major land-governance reforms through NITI Aayog, Government of India committees and the World Bank. His integrity, strategic vision and commitment to public service make him a valued LAEC Advisory Board member.

Sri Chennuru Anjaneya Reddy, IPS (Retd.)

Sri Chennuru Anjaneya Reddy, IPS (Retd.), is a respected former police and public-sector leader known for integrity, innovation and institution-building. He helped establish the AP Police Academy and revitalized the Vigilance and Enforcement Department, APSRTC and AP Tourism Development Corporation. Since retiring in 2003, he has remained active in social service, education, culture and good governance. His experience makes him a valued LAEC Advisory Board member.

Dr. Auknoor Goutham

Dr. Auknoor Goutham is a management professional, entrepreneur, academic and corporate strategist with over three decades of experience across government, technology, education, media and business. He has held senior roles in Futran Tech Solutions, Telangana Tourism Development Corporation and DQ Entertainment International. His expertise in governance, strategy, youth empowerment and public policy makes him a valued member of the LAEC Advisory Board.

Sri D. Hara Prasad, IFS (Retd.)

Sri D. Hara Prasad, IFS (Retd.), served for over 34 years and retired as Assam’s Principal Chief Conservator of Forests and Head of Forest Force. He advanced forest and wildlife conservation, helped establish key sanctuaries and led major public institutions, including GMDA and Assam Tea Corporation. His expertise in administration, environmental protection, strategic planning and good governance makes him a valued member of the LAEC Advisory Board.
